These terms govern your access to and use of the HELIOROUTE API, website and console. By creating an account, buying credits or calling the API, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HELIOROUTE is an API aggregator. We give you a single API key and a single base URL that routes to a catalog of third-party large language models, exposed in both the OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible request formats. You are not buying the underlying models from us — you are buying prepaid access credits that are consumed as you make requests.
Models are added, changed and retired as the upstream catalog evolves. Model names, capabilities and prices can change at any time, and a model that is available today may be unavailable later.
This is a prepaid service. When you pay, the credit is added to your balance up front and is consumed as you use the API. Credits are a licence to use the service — not a deposit, and not a stored-value product you can cash out.
Credit is added automatically after the required on-chain confirmations. The number of confirmations required is shown with your invoice.
You agree not to use the service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. You are also responsible for complying with the usage policies of the underlying model providers.
Each plan carries a requests-per-minute ceiling, and every reseller sub-key can carry its own USD budget and rate limit. Limits exist to keep the platform fair and stable for everyone. We may adjust limits, throttle traffic, or require a different plan if usage threatens the service or the upstream providers.
Reselling access to HELIOROUTE requires a reseller plan or a wholesale agreement. A reseller plan lets you issue customer sub-keys under your own team account, each with its own budget and rate limit. Wholesale lets you use HELIOROUTE as the upstream for a panel you operate.
You remain responsible for your own customers — their conduct, their content, and any obligation you owe them. We have no relationship with, and no obligations to, your end customers.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created legal or regulatory risk, or put an upstream provider or the platform at risk — or if an upstream provider requires it.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any particular uptime, latency, throughput, or that any specific model will remain available. Models can be rate-limited, degraded or withdrawn by their providers at any time. We aim to route around failures, but we cannot promise that every request will succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
All model names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. HELIOROUTE is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any model vendor. We do not claim any rights in their marks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELIOROUTE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold HELIOROUTE harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms — including claims brought by your own customers.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to let you know — for example by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HELIOROUTE operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
